I have had to wait twice for ENT Appointments First 8 weeks second 12 weeks not what is expected of our NHS

Improve waiting times and do away with phone appointments other than informing test results. It takes as long to talk over the phone as it does to see you and you can't see up somebody's nose down there throat take there temperature over the phone
