I called in the morning about my daughters chicken pox, which I was concerned about. I was given a telephone appointment, because it’s an infectious disease, we agreed that was best. Dr [name removed] thought it would be good to see her and I was given an appointment that afternoon. Every time I see Dr [name removed] I feel his care and attention is fantastic, especially with the little ones.

I couldn’t even get through to the hold line in the morning and waited a long time in the queue when I did get through but I understand there is high demand.
