Waiting on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to arrange an appointment only to be told all appointments are full and no phone appointments available.

Suggested improvements
Answer the phone in a timely manner and have more appointments available.

Thank you for your feedback, I’m sorry to hear that you had to wait 20 minutes for your call to be answered, and that there were no appointments available. Unfortunately our phone lines can get extremely busy, especially during peak times (mornings). We do have an option for patients with non-urgent issues (if you don’t feel you need to speak to us today) to contact us online if they have access to the internet; the link is on our website or find it here https://florey.accurx.com/p/A82026.
