My appointment last Monday was cancelled due to staff illness. I totally understand this, but feel that effort should be made to fit the time sensitive appointments in the next day. Instead the earliest appointment was 5 days later. I feel they should be made a priority the next day and non time sensitive appointments should be put off the next day to make space if necessary. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Otherwise the practice nurses are amazing and [name removed] in particular has the most amazing way of making you at ease. This is so important as I have a phobia of injections and blood tests. Thank you for always being so understanding.
