I have recently come out of hospital and needed the staples removing from my knee. [name removed] removed them and she was wonderful, they were out before I realised even though a couple of them were embedded. I mentioned that I needed to come back for blood tests and she offered to do them at the same time, which I was delighted at. I also needed to see a dr the week before and I phoned the surgery, explained what was wrong and that I was quite distressed and they got me in the same afternoon. I have had brilliant treatment and care.
