Getting an appointment was easy and I was able to choose a time suitable to fit in with work.

Suggested improvements
Waiting room was clean but a little sparse. A plant, magazines, more art/pictures and a less stark (white) colour scheme would be more calming/inviting. Though, due to monetary constraints, I realise this is not (& rightly so) a priority.
