Receptionist rold us about flu jabs and booked us appointments. Dr [name removed] was excellent but he does have a tendency to give lots of info whish is really good, but I found I didn't remember all of it easily. This may be just me as my memory ain't what it used to be. Overall however this was a very positive experience. I felt included in decisions about meds and what treatment I might get.
