It took me one failed phone appointment and 1 pointless phone appointment- although the gp I spoke to was very nice-to see the doctor, so 16/07 to discuss test results etc from an early June ct scan

Suggested improvements
A little bit more patience and listening from the receptionist? No one’s fault in particular, it seems it’s a national problem, not anyone I spoke to or interacted with.
