I had to give the receptionist the reason why I wanted a face to face appointment. I wasn’t happy as my reason for appointment was quite personal.

Suggested improvements
Other then not having to give receptionist a reason for wanting to see Dr nothing .

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. All of our team are governed by the NHS code of confidentiality and it is very helpful for us if patients can share their reason for needing an appointment, or even give a very brief description, with the Care Navigator at the time of booking. The Care Navigator can then ensure that the patient is booked with the most appropriate clinician for their needs, which may not necessarily be a GP.
