I called at 8 to get an appointment for my 12 day old baby who has an eye infection. She wasn’t even registered at the surgery yet. The doctor called me back within an hour and we saw him at midday. I felt well looked after and appreciated the speedy response.

Suggested improvements
I got cut off when i eventually got to the front of the telephone queue after 30 mins of waiting so had to call back and wait another 20 mins to get to the front of the queue. Perhaps a fail safe phone system that can’t cut patients off would be good?
