I’ve. always been happy with my experience over the years with the James Cochrane practice.

Suggested improvements
Put sound on the monitor when calling for the next patient,, otherwise you need to keep watching the screen so as not to miss your call..as I have done in the past!

Thank you for your feedback, I am very pleased that you have been happy with your experience of our service. Our waiting room patient call system is set to give an audible signal when a name appears, however occasionally it does stop working. This can be easily fixed by our Care Navigators, and we will be reviewing the notices in our waiting areas to make sure this is clear. Thank you for highlighting it to us.
