Due to nursing staff sickness, my appointment was changed last minute to early morning 'slot'. Whilst the duty nurse did fit me in, she made it very obvious that she wasn't happy that the reception had 'added' me in, and I felt rushed and, quite frankly, made to feel I was being a nuisance !! Very curt manner compared to usual staff anyway, especially as it wasn't my fault appointment needed changing.

Suggested improvements
Pass on details of my treatment when cover staff involved - the main problem this time seemed to be that the cover nurse wasn't familiar with my case, and hadn't been told what I needed blood tests for ? I found the whole visit quite unnerving.
