I rang mid morning expecting phone appointment. Receptionist suggested I came to surgery.Given 1.45 appointment same day. Saw Dr [name removed] who was pleasant friendly and didn't make me feel rushed at all. Made appointment for me to have physio. Perfect! Thank you. (I'm always worried thate I might waste doctor's time)
