I felt that I was an inconvenience and felt that i was being palmed off to other services, which i had already contacted and told to talk to a dr. I had requested a female Dr, however when I turned up I was f2f with a male doctor and didn't feel comfortable discussing the issue with him (wasn't Dr [name removed]'s fault that she was ill) but would have appreciated being contacted and the appointment rearranged.
