Share review of The James Cochrane Practice
I visited the practice yesterday 14th October in the morning around 10am. I had stitches removed from my foot with a lovely caring nurse that told me to report to reception that I need it a sick note and had the flu jab. The receptionist who I haven’t seen before couldn’t be bothered with me, she clearly didn’t want me there. Taking to me like I was inferior, I never felt this small and so insulted before this experience. She kept repeating the same to me like I couldn’t understand her the first time and dismissing me, talking in a very rude and aggressive way. I was so shocked I forgot half of what the nurse told me to report to reception. I rang the bell to come back in to tell her what I forgot she again was very rude and clearly didn’t want to open the door to me but eventually did, again she was was so rude that I left there shaking and actually told her she was a very rude person before I left.
No matter what we all going through there is no need to treat people this way, respect and kindness are free and in this type of jobs even more important. I have worked with customer service all my life and never encounter such a shocking behaviour.
