I didn't have any problems apart from all the traveling I had to do mainly because of lack of communication

Suggested improvements
On the day nothing the doctor I saw I couldn't fault I guess it's the times we live in but 10month to be seen is a bit much from me 1st contacting my own health centre but I think their referral could of been clearer as I had already sent photos and spoke to my doctor who had decided it should be removed yet the doctor I saw on the day at Grange was unclear why I was there
