Generally a good and helpful visit with a good outcome. I was somewhat confused by the check in system which was not clear ( to me and I am at ease with tec and it may not have been working correctly) and I was in the wrong waiting room. Reception did not seem to be looking to guide people to the right place.

Suggested improvements
I’ve used the auto check in before but it seems not to be working properly this time. I wan not totally sure the reception staff were looking help people to get to the right place
