Appointment 12.06.2024 . At first had difficulty trying to get a telephone appointment as none were available till July . . A face to face appointment became available as there was a cancellation. [name removed] [name removed] was professional, empathetic and approachable. This was in complete contrast to my telephone appointment with Dr [name removed] who never even asked how I was after back surgery and a heart attack. His parting comment was “he had a full work load “” I will so so more about his lack of empathy and kindness.
