After waiting in a queue for a call to be answered there is then a recorded insignificant message, which can take up to 30 minutes, you are then told you can't see a doctor for up to two weeks. So not good at all.

Suggested improvements
This visit was for 'flu jabs and was very well organised and the staff all very friendly and helpful.
