Had phone appointment 1st to be told I needed face to face which I knew.Had an appointment made for me which was not an appropriate time.Told to ring back 8am for another appointment which is impossible as when you do finally get through no appointments available.And get told only urgent appointments are available on the day.How do we know what is urgent when we are in pain or feel unwell.When I did get an appointment the doctor I saw was great.

Suggested improvements
Stop making appointments so difficult to get.Phoning at 8am is impossible especially when people work and need to phone when they can.
