Unless you ring dead on 8am in a morning you stand no chance of getting an appointment and then you are usually in a massive waiting queue. A telephone appointment is not always applicable to your problem and as sometimes the receptionist is not able to work that out you waste a telephone appointment and then have to have a face to face at another time. Seems abit ridiculous.

Listen more to the patients.
