Having one nurse working hard (B) and one taking 10/12 minutes over each Flu injection and not keeping up was incredulous I spent 40 minutes in a que watching B patients who arrived 20./30 minutes after me being dealt with first. When I went into the room it took less than one minute so why was thee such a big difference was he nurse chatting to everyone before me. If you are running a clinic to get as many people flu jabbed as possible then either nurse A need to be replaced or spoken to. Also having an administrator organising a que fast forwarding B patients and not doing anything else seemed a big waist. She could have been taking history’s at the very least … very disappointed in the system you ran on Saturday just past hope you can do better…..

Suggested improvements
I arrived with my cousin who got a B ticket to save on travel expenses and he had to wait in the car for over 30 minutes while I was seen. I was asked only 3 questions by nurse A. Did I have any allergy’s, was there anything she should know. And which arm did I want the jab . While nurse A being much faster and having others help her asked several more questions according to my cousin. This again seems incredulous… I hope you speak to both nurses and find a way to work better. And use the first in the que as many people where turning up late and still getting jabbed before people in the A que. ???????
