I called at 8.02 in the morning. 10 people in front of me but didn’t sit on the phone long and got an appointment for my toddler the same (Friday) afternoon. We are going on holiday on Tuesday and it s bank holiday so I was relieved to get in as she has been really poorly with tonsillitis this week and we’d been given the wrong antibiotics at the hospital last weekend. We were seen on time and [name removed] [name removed] was brilliant with us. Thank you.
