Every interaction with each member of the surgery staff has been positive, professional and always accompanied with a smile.

Suggested improvements
Ensure that each instruction on the screen in the downstairs waiting room is accompanied with an audible signal.

Thank you for your feedback, our waiting room patient call system is set to give an audible signal when a name appears, however occasionally it does stop working. This can be easily fixed by our Care Navigators, and we will be reviewing the notices in our waiting areas to make sure this is clear. Thank you for highlighting it to us.
