Impossible to make an appointment. Wanted appointment for my daughter who finished a cancer treatment few months ago and she suffers from painful symptoms. Sh has GCSE exams now so I can not take her off school. First of all, there is always over 10 people in the queue on the phone when you call in the morning. You can not book appointments on different day than on the day of calling, which is also tricky due to other life arrangements. When you manage to book an appointment eventually the doctor says to take paracetamol or ‚there is not much we can do’

Suggested improvements
Listen better and introduce worldwide known treatments. My daughter has a mobility impairment after chemo treatment and she can not have massages as you say it is not beneficial and you do not offer them anymore. After doing a research I discovered that everywhere else in Europe and worldwide in general, they still use massage or infrared light as a one of the very successful physio treatments. Definitely improve booking system. Make online booking system available.
