I left due to waiting 40 minutes decided if she got worse again just to go to walk in as I couldn’t wait with an out of sorts 2 year old any longer. Was supposed to be a phone call asked me to come in so I did. Came in probably about 5 minutes late and still waited 40 minutes for nothing. In future don’t invite patients to the surgery if it will take this long especially age wise. When I went reception they all just sort of said okay whilst looking down no eye contact or open communication all seemed very closed. Not a positive experience at all. You

Suggested improvements
Just kept the appointment as a phone call if you had too much going on. The receptionists have some open communication as it’s hard to speak to people when they aren’t looking at you or speaking really although the were polite just very closed off. Also maybe the doctor could have rang after I left? Just feel very disappointed.
