Never had a problem making an appointment, avoiding the busier times E.g. first thing in the morning.

Nothing, my needs were addressed… Doesn’t affect the service at all but the whole place could probably do with some redecoration. It’s VERY old fashioned. The pharmacy (Well) probably isn’t anything to do with the surgery, but it looks an absolute mess.
