After receiving a reminder for my appointment I turned up 10 minutes early & tried to use the booking in system but was told it couldn’t find my appointment. I went to the reception desk and was told that my appointment had been cancelled! When I said “who cancelled it, as it wasn’t me”? I was told that it was cancelled online but that there was no record of the person who had cancelled it, was I sure that I didn’t cancel it! Why would I cancel the appointment & then turn up for it? I then had to cancel the follow-up appointment as there were no blood test appointments available until after the follow-up! TWO WEEKS LATER!
