I only ring the surgery when I really need an appointment. To have to go through DrWood telling me about covid symptoms and on line services even before I get through to the queue for my call to be answered is infuriating. Everyone knows the pressures on the NHS and the individuals who use it for very minor issues need to be told in person, not to waist the doctors time.

Suggested improvements
When phoning the surgery, cut out [name removed] [name removed] automatic recording. Play some different music while we are queuing
