I have been no.14 in the queue on occasions but when I made this appointment I think I was no.5

Managing the telephone calls more swiftly would be good but I do understand the pressure the surgery can be under at times. I have always been very satisfied with my treatment by members of the surgery staff, the doctors, nurses and receptionists have all been excellent.

Phone was answered in a timely manner. Lady who answered the phone was friendly and professional. She quickly understood what was needed and arranged a same day appointment for me. My appointment was only a few minutes later than expected and my doctor was , as always, friendly and helpful

All was fine
