The nurse who gave my blood test hurt me so bad

Have better nurses doing the blood tests. I have had 20+ blood tests and this was the worst one by far. So painful and has left me very bruised.

I did have to wait 20 mins to be seen and an indicator of where i was in the queue would have been helpful
