I called at 8:30, very pleasant receptionist. Arranged upload of pictures of my condition. Doctor called 35mins later and prescription issued. Very professional throughout but also very quick. Thank you.

The wait on the phone is always long even later in the day plus the music is VERY boring and repetitive when you call the surgery a lot. Perhaps a BBC radio station or a selection of music could be used. It’s hard to get appointments.

See the above. You guys do a good job in difficult circumstances but I’m sure efficiency could be increased with a little creative thinking.
