It is fairly easy to get an appointment by telephone. It would be great if appointments could be made online.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have a certain amount of appointments available online. There is also the e-consult service available through the link on the front page of our website.

Really impressed with the way things were handled with my issues.

Thank you for your feedback, I'm glad you felt things were handled well. We do have bike racks at the front of the surgery, they are at the bottom of the patient path, slightly further up from the patient car park entrance. If you need help finding them, please ask in reception.

Superb service from first call to appointment. Jeanne took me in early, the clinic room was beautiful and spotless and she was a consummate professional.
So pleased to be at Glebe.

Once one is through to the receptionists service is pretty god even if it feels like a gentle.

Not much really just try to find a way of better telephone communication. Perhaps for people just requiring simple information an email service might be appropriate
