Telephoning can be extremely tedious. Always a lengthy queue. Perhaps utilising text messaging, email or WhatsApp for simple messages would ease the problem.

Thank you to lovely Nurse who has been assisting me. She is very understanding and so helpful. Her explanations are through and clear so I understood exactly what was going on. I was given plenty of opportunity to ask questions and I didn’t feel rushed. I felt very at easy with what is an unpleasant issue. Thank you so much!
