I was called in to discuss the results of a recent routine blood test. I was advised by my Dr to take some medication and to book another blood test in 8 weeks. Like most people, I would rather not rely on medication, but know it does help many conditions. My Doctor took the time to go through the pros and cons, which I found very helpful and I appreciated the time he spent with me. The appointment wasn’t hurried.

Telephone appointment with Dr Pullman? who made assumptions about my health purely based on my age. Several times he referenced my age, without seeing me or knowing my levels of fitness. He did not listen to what I was saying, and continued to talk over me. He was incorrect in saying I could not choose to have an appointment outside the area, insisting I could only be referred in West Sussex. This is incorrect.

He needs to learn to listen! He needs to understand that patients can choose where they want treatment.

Usually easy to get an appointment with a nurse. Not as easy to see a doctor.
