Phone service was down due to IT issues, I understand.
Had a test and an appointment was made for me for 12:30 for a nurse to call me ?I made myself available as I was at work , no one called ? What a wast of my time , I don’t know why this appointment was made in the first place ??

I believe that that the changes to my medication have nothing ti do with my health and well-being but are strictly cist motivated by the surgery and the staff hVe been told to go through all the patients that can be dropped from the program. In other words it's been deemed that my treatment is now viewed as a cost cutting exercise rather that a patients helth and wellbeing both physically and mentally. This choice to cut me from the program has far reaching effects that have made the whole threatment potentially a waste of time money and effort and made ne extremely depressed because of this.

30 minutes wait in a cue to talk to a staff member. Is to a fact of life these days once talking to staff very helpful. But the seacoast ambulance triage system did not work for whot I needed.

I would like to reassure you that we will be moving to a new system by the end of the year which should make calling us a much better experience. To answer your question about discussing your medical information with our receptionists, while they need to understand the nature of your call to give you the best advice and appointments, if you have a personal issue that you are uncomfortable discussing with them, they will understand. You do not have to give detailed information to the receptionists, although they may wish to ask further questions to get you seen by the right person in the right timeframe. I have a accident at work and got a bad injury on my leg, I rang the surgery and they were able to fit me in on that day with the nurse and she was amazing.
The Glebe Surgery was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
