I have generally had good service from the Glebe. Due to demand the wait times to get answered on the phone can be very long. Similarly the time for a face to face or telephone appointment can be longer than you would wish.

Feedback from tests and investigations could be better. This would reduce anxiety fot the patient.

Caring professional staff have always been attentive and empathetic. We realise the constraints but have always felt that our concerns have been addressed.

You have to wait in a long queue on the telephone before speaking to someone

I’m still waiting for a response regarding setup on the NHS app. I wish to access my patient records and order repeat prescriptions.

I had to wait a long time to get through on the phone to book an appointment. One through everything was good. The nurse I saw was excellent
