I attended for my flu jab, everything was efficiently conducted and I was able to book my next Covid injection for a future date.

Very difficult to get through on the telephone and often unable to see a doctor within a few days.
Suggested improvements
To be able to make an appointment within a couple of days and not have to explain to receptionist the problem.
