Excellent organisation of vaccination programmes. Always ver efficient. Not so easy to make appointments to see medical staff via telephone - usually a long phone queue and wait. Fine once connected.

Good job well organised and efficient. I had no reaction to the vaccine- again. My wife now thinks I am always given a placebo as there is not even a sore arm - joking. Warning given in advance about car parking was also very helpful.

Perhaps seats alongside the queue as some more elderly people found standing tiring. Or perhaps allow the elderly to sit at the front while protecting their turn - I did so for an elderly disabled man while he went to book his taxi.

As ever the care provided by the health care professionals was first class, less impressed with the organisation of things. I received three separate messages about the time of my appointment all of which were different. The organisation on the day was not good, with the desk for arranging covid appointments in the way for those patients awaiting their flu vaccination and then I was told that I could have come down with my wife 3 hours earlier.

Organise things better.
