It takes too long to get an appointment to see your own doctor face to face!
You can however speak to a doctor same day if an emergency.
Suggested improvements
Try to get back to pre covid times when you could see your doctor within a week.

There is always a long wait on the telephone and then to actually get an appointment either telephone or face to face can be weeks away.
