So many people needing to try to get an appointment or advice so often long wait. We often find it better to come up to the surgery to make an appointment and receptionist always very helpful.

Maybe get a second telephone line?

Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry that you have experienced these problems. We are aware that there are currently long waits to get through to us on the phone, and that patients are being cut off. It is a long-standing issue that we have tried to resolve with our current phone company but they have been unable to locate the problem. We will be moving to a new phone system by the end of the year that should give all our patients a better experience.

Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. The nurse that I see is excellent. She explains everything in detail, makes you feel very comfortable and includes you in decisions. Couldn’t ask for any better. Thank you!

In my case nothing. I am really pleased with how I have been dealt with and the lovely nurse who deals with me is excellent.
