Just a busy surgery So for face to face had to wait a week

Just quicker face to face if really needed Phone appointments good and more avaialable but the wait for a face to face you sometimes just need is too long

I was third in the queue and still had to wait 45 minutes for the phone to be answered. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I dread having to call as 45 minutes is a good wait time at this surgery, on trying previously I was 8th or 10th in the queue so at that rate looking at 2-2.5 hrs on hold !!! I was at the front of the queue waiting to be put through for 15minutes !! where were the receptionists?

Get more staff to answer the phones. What if this was urgent, you are just pushing more people into A&E for other issues as the phones are not getting answered within a reasonable timeframe. I work as well and cannot spend hours on a phone waiting for a call to be answered as so have calls to answer too, so to book an appointment I need to take time off work. Really poor service.

Easier to go to the surgery. Trouble getting through on phone.

Told me not to moisturise before having an ECG!

I had a telephone call with my doctor within a day of my request and went in to have this easy procedure done the following week. I was seen on time and had the procedure performed expertly and discussed my aftercare. I felt very comfortable with all the advice I received. Wonderful doctor and excellent surgery. Full marks.

Everything was one hundred per cent.
