Advised by A&E on discharge to contact GP. Explained when called & was given an appt that morning. Saw GP who was thorough, made appropriate referrals whilst I was there. Explained the process & answered any questions I had. Excellent service all round as usual.

When I rang in the morning, about pain I was experiencing during early pregnancy. The reception team, were extremely helpful and thorough about getting me the right help. Dr Garrett, was so friendly and professional, she made me feel at ease when it was a worrying time - thankfully everything was okay.

I attended for my regular b12 jab and what kind liked was being able to book my next one for a date in jan 24. I also took the opportunity to book my Shingles jab so all good as far as I’m concerned.

Although there is always a queue in the telephone answering system, once through, it is simple to make an appointment.
Suggested improvements
Your car park is very difficult to negotiate. Spaces are too small and planting makes it difficult to see clearly.
