I have been able to either get phone call back and on the last two occasions got to see doctor face to face.

Bit of a wait on telephone but once answered query dealt with quickly and appt booked that day.
Appt almost on time.
Nurse very helpful and knowledgeable, very easy to talk to.
Very lucky to have such a good surgery.

Less wait on phone, I system is due to be replaced

Easy enough if you are prepared to queue for at least 20 min on the phone
