There is always a long delay in getting through to the Surgery by phone. The last time I tried, I was 11in the queue.
Suggested improvements
Either employ more operators or, perhaps, arrange a system where the day is split into segments by initial letters answered during a certain period.

Staff and nurses excellent very patient professional putting me at ease.

Can’t think of anything to improve but have a coffee/ tea while you are waiting only joking I know not possible.

Phenomenal service from the nurse Julie who was very kind, creative and fun in helping my son feel comfortable with his vaccination.

I had to wait some days for the appointment which went well and i then asked the receptionist if i could get a appointment for my wife who was experiencing a lot of pain very pleased to get a appointment same day well done to all
