Needed to move appointment forwrd, instructions were clear and got confirmation within 18 hours. I was seen on time and everyone was so polite and helpful.

I was in a great deal of discomfort and needed assistance and reassurance. The Duty Doctor was very helpful calling back quickly and making the prescription immediately. I was most grateful for the support.

Gp told me to see her again in 3 months but the diary doesn’t go up that far

My recent experiences of trying to get an appointment have been stressful but I was grateful to get my initial telephone assessment and follow up in person appointments this time round
