My two connected recent experiences when I contacted The Glebe were extremely positive. There was no delay with phoning or getting an appointment with my GP Dr Woodhams.As it wasn't clear what was wrong I was prescribed antibiotics as a precaution. About a week later I rang the surgery again as I was still concerned about my symptoms. I was asked to bring ina urine sample which I did. To my embarrassment Dr Sherwell tried repeatedly to phone me the test results a couple of hours later but as the internet was down and out landline appears to be on the blink he had to leave a message with some kind reassurances of continued success. I am glad to say that I am now recovering from whatever it was!(please tell him) Thank all of you!

It was a bit complicated handing in the urine sample having to label it with people waiting behind.

Excellent service from my first phone call in the morning to my telephone consultation with the doctor and later face to face appointment. Cannot fault a thing. Grateful to have such a great surgery in Storrington.

Great service from the receptionist my only negative is having to wait in a queue on the phone. Having to call during my working hours can be difficult having to hang on the phone for quite a while whilst I get to the first in the queue.

Having more people answer the phones quicker, I do try to call when I think the surgery will be quiet but I always get in a queue.
