If you are asking about my appointment to give a blood sample yesterday then yes, it went very well.
However if you are asking about my referral to the ENT clinic last Saturday 28th, then my answer is no! The specialist only confirmed what he believed I don't have but was otherwise unable to account for my symptoms.

As with all doctor medical centres theres never enough gp appointments its just a sign of the times
I do not always find it easy to get an appointment.
Getting through on the telephone is nigh on impossible. Also unqualified staff asking personal questions.
Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry that you have experienced these problems. We are aware that there are currently long waits to get through to us on the phone, and that patients are being cut off. We will be moving to a new phone system by the end of the year that should give all our patients a better experience. We have recently hired new reception staff, so some of our staff may be less experienced than others. However, they are all trained, monitored and supported to help patients get the most suitable appointment for them. This means that they will ask personal questions rather than risk offering appointments that won't provide any benefit to the patient. This is under guidance from the GPs. All patients have the right to explain that they don't want to answer these questions and the reception team will attempt to find a suitable appointment based on the information you feel comfortable giving.
