Rang at 12.40 told number 2 in queue cut off at 13.00 told to ring back after 14.00 hrs did so number 6 in queue’ put through at 14.35 and there on in all good……

Telephone call appt from Dr Woodhams to discuss mum. Dr Woodhams listened was very empathetic and I did not feel rushed at all. Extremely happy with the outcome and the advice given. Thank you very much

Phoned at 8.30 and had a call from my GP between 10.30 and 11.00.

I was feeling anxious as had found a small lump in my breast. The receptionist was very courteous and managed to arrange an appt for the next day! I saw the dr who referred me on and within 24 hrs the Breast Care centre at Worthing had rung to offer me an appt.
I haven’t been to my appointment yet and am hoping all will be fine.
Praise indeed to all the staff at The Glebe.
