Very good consultation with lots of empathy and explanations …. Kind and considerate

Maybe been a bit quicker at reception but I think there was training going on which will obviously be helpful to everyone if more receptionists!
Getting an appointment when telephoning is getting quicker both in the time it takes for the call to be answered and when an appointment is offered….. Great

I got an appointment for the very next day with my GP. Dr Jenny Ellis was thorough and knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Dr Woodhams is always cheerful and always takes time to explain about my treatment.

Still not easy to obtain an appointment - there is often a long queue if telephoning and cannot book an appointment via the NHS app, it always says non are available.
However, there is usually no problem obtaining an appointment via visiting the reception desk.

Getting an appointment can sometimes be a problem, but the care is excellent when visiting.
